Our website is changing

We're making our website easier for you to use with some exciting changes.

Please be patient as we create a more streamlined and user-friendly site, improving your online experience with us.

Check out our simpler layout and fresh new look.

Provide feedback on the new site

We're keen to get your feedback on the new website. Use our short online form to tell us what you think, so we can understand what's important to you for future updates.

Why change?

The City of Gold Coast endorsed the Customer Experience Strategy in October 2019, with the vision of making life easier for our residents, businesses and visitors.

We're introducing a new platform to deliver this and will gradually be transitioning the content on our current website.

At the end of the project, we aim to deliver:

  • a new fresh, modern design
  • simplified content
  • easy search tools
  • personalised information
  • easy to find popular services
  • consistent experience.

When will changes happen?

We will gradually move content from our current site to the new site until all information and services are migrated. During this time both the new and current sites will operate to make it easy to find what you're looking for. We welcome your feedback on the changes we are making.
